INDIVIDUAL & GROUP WORKOUTS

Batastini School of Basketball offers individual and group workouts year-round.  Examples of skills covered during the individual and group workout sessions include:


SHOOTING

  • Increase shot range, quickness, and form
  • Develop jump shot and in-between game
  • Three-point accuracy


1 ON 1 SKILLS

  • Ball-handling
  • Slashing and finishing
  • Reading the defense / reading screens
  • Position-specific skills (post, guard, point guard play)
  • Passing and cutting


COURT MOVEMENT

  • Agility, quickness, and lateral speed
  • Defensive and offensive footwork
  • Conditioning
